Module 1: How Does Reflexology Work?
At the end of this module, you'll understand the fascinating theories about how reflexology actually works.
Is it energy?
Is it nerve connection?
Is it meridian lines?
There are lots of fascinating theories, but none that fully explain the power of this wonderful therapy and the results that clients have when this work is done on them.
Module 2: Reading of the Feet
When you complete this module, you'll be able to look at a client's feet and tell, with uncanny accuracy, whether they have a headache, back pain, if they're feeling tired, depressed and so much more.
We learn so much from temperature, colour, skin texture that reading the feet will be a simple matter to you but astonish other people!
As you work through the course, you send me "foot readings" of your clients with pictures of their feet (with their permission, of course). We'll discuss your findings, and I'll share my insights with you so you'll feel confident about your own interpretations and treatment plans.
Module 3: Full Reflexology Foot Treatment.
After this module, you'll be able to give a full treatment to very professional standards. When you work on the feet, focusing on areas suggested by the reading, and see an often immediate improvement, it's mind blowing.
You'll learn how to give a 45 minute to one hour treatment using beautiful, relaxation techniques along with more detailed work focusing on particular reflexes.
As you learn and practice the techniques in each lesson, I'll send you video feedback and tips, so you become comfortable and confident in your skills. I'll also email you with the feedback. You don't have to stick to a schedule to complete the treatments, and you have a full year of access to me for support and feedback.
Reflexologists typically charge €50 to €65 for a 60 minute session making reflexology a really viable business option or a fantastic way to earn a substantial extra income if you have a job or other commitments.
Module 4: Hand Treatment
By the end of this module, you'll be able to give a very relaxing hand reflexology treatment. The hand treatment is surprisingly relaxing and very useful when you want to give a quick treatment, or work on clients who may not be comfortable removing their footwear.
Hand reflexology is very popular in nursing homes and for disabled people. Many of my students work one or two days a week in homes, which is a great way to earn a regular income alongside your private practice.
It also makes a lovely add-on treatment as part of a massage, aromatherapy or other holistic treatment. Add-ons are an easy way to add amazing value for your clients, raise your rates and increase your bookings.
As with the foot treatment, you'll get to learn the techniques, practice, then send me a video. I'll send your video back to you with a voice-over giving detailed feedback and tips. And I'll email you the feedback for quick reference. You can work through this section as it suits you, and you have 12 months access to me for support and feedback.
Module 5: Mini Treatment
When you finish the mini treatment, you'll be able to give a 10 to 20 minute mini treatment. This is perfect for charity events, open days, school fêtes etc where you want to show potential clients how they can benefit from reflexology without giving a full one hour treatment. This is a fantastic way to build up your client base and get referrals.
It also makes a wonderful upgrade to other treatments like facials, massage or aromatherapy. This means you can offer longer sessions, increase the value to your clients and increase your income. Holistic therapists typically charge €10 to €15 for an extra 10 minutes in a treatment.
As with all the practical modules, you send me videos of you giving a mini treatment. I'll send your video back to you with detailed feedback and tips. You have a full year of access to me for support and feedback so work through the techniques as it suits you.
Module 6: Consultation techniques & client care
When you complete this module, you'll feel comfortable talking to your clients as a friendly professional, making wellness decisions and creating a perfect treatment plan based on your clients' physical conditions and emotional state.
You will learn the questions to ask, how to read your clients' subtle signals, and how to listen to your intuition to give an outstanding treatment for each client.
I will share a consultation form with you so you know the questions you need to ask to give a safe and effective treatment. You'll be able to edit the form to add your own logo etc.
Module 7: Chakra Balancing
Chakra balancing is a powerful, gentle and supremely relaxing way to end a treatment.
This is a technique that will really enhance your treatments and the benefit clients get. It also gives you an advantage as not many reflexologists include this technique.
We'll cover the 7 major chakras, their reflexes on the feet and how to balance your client's subtle energy.

When you finish a holistic training course, the most important thing is that you can get insurance and start practising. Everything else tends to be optional — and often adds unnecessary time, cost, and paperwork.
Accredited courses do provide a good foundation and teach the essential basics, but they also include a lot of material that therapists rarely use in real life. And they often leave out the practical skills that make the biggest difference when you start working with clients.
I’ve taken many accredited courses over the years and found that I often had to do extra training afterwards to bring my treatments up to the professional standard clients expected. When I taught in-person accredited courses, I frequently held extra classes after the exams to teach students the hands-on, real-world skills that weren’t covered in the syllabus — the things they actually needed once they started working with clients.
That’s why my courses are certified — fully quality-checked, insurable, and focused on what truly matters:

Some awarding bodies, such as the NRRI and IRIL, allow clients to claim back a portion of their treatment fees through their own health insurance plans. However, the refund amount depends entirely on the client’s level of insurance cover — and in many cases, it works out to be quite small.
